This site records account details, enrolment and progress, and page activity including IP addresses. Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 applies: you must state what you collect, why, how long you keep it, who you share it with, and how someone asks for their data to be deleted. You may also need to register as a data controller with the ODPC.
