Customer Care

This is how to get a remote job
Every course on this site is delivered in three parts: instruction in the role itself, practical training in the software that role requires, and a written assessment modelled on the questions employers put to candidates at interview.
The course sets out what the work involves in practice. Across 305 written lessons you are taught how the work is scoped and priced, who you report to, what a standard working day consists of, and the errors that most commonly arise in a first month of employment.
The training covers the software in full. 254 tool guides take you through each application screen by screen, supported by 4,838 annotated screenshots, so that you are familiar with the functions an employer expects you to operate, where the relevant settings are held, and the mistakes that prove costly in live work.
The curated sample test concludes every topic. Its 2,778 questions are written from the situations employers present at interview: what you would verify first when a system fails, which figure you would check before reporting it, and how you would explain the position to the client. Candidates who can answer these questions aloud, and account for their reasoning, are the candidates who receive offers. Each assessment may be attempted as often as required.

What happened after the course
Real outcomes from students in the last year.
I was doing data entry for almost nothing. The dispatch course changed the number completely — I now run loads for a small US carrier on night shift and earn more than my old office job.
The customer care course taught the part nobody explains: the tone, the templates, how to handle an angry customer without falling apart. Hired six weeks after finishing.
I started on the free lessons because I had no experience at all. Data entry first, then e-commerce VA. Two clients now and I work from home in Kisumu.
